B2B Meetings - How does it work?

A Meet the Buyer matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential buyers and other cooperation partners in short, pre-arranged, face-2-face meetings. 15 minutes is usually enough time to create a positive first impression and make a connection, then the bell rings and the next meeting starts.

Before the event, you will have the opportunity to request meetings with buyers. Registrations for the event will close on Friday 11^th October 2019.

1	Registration Register online via the green Registration button on the "Home" page.
2	Create a business profile to showcase your needs Creating a strong company profile will raise your visibility to others on this booking platform, so make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential buyers and partners and who you want to meet. The better your profile, the more likely you will be accepted by buyers and other attendees for meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event. Please note that anyone visiting the Combilift facility as part of the EENGINEX event will have their contact information provided to Combilift in advance. 3	Browse profiles of attendees Find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4	Send & receive meeting requests Be pro-active, browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark as to why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. TIP: Download the "b2match" mobile App (App Store) to manage your 1:1 meetings on your phone! Booking rules? Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone. PLEASE NOTE: You can book meetings BUT other participants will also be able to request, or reject, meetings with you! Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled.
5	Meet the Buyer Matchmaking Event \| 16 October 2019 Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email. This meeting schedule gives information about the time, table number and the name of the person you are going to meet. A paper version will also be available for you at the registration desk. Download the b2match mobile app to * get access to your meeting schedule on your mobile phone * get informed about last-minute changes (bookings, cancellations) * manage additional meetings on-site (send/receive/confirm requests) Our staff will also be there to help you out during the whole matchmaking event.
